Senior Management
Prashant (Ash) brings to VentureAide over 20 years of strategy, line, and functional experience working for GE, Corning, and Honeywell, focused on Communications, Technology, Aerospace and Defense industries. He also brings start-up experience, having successfully co-founded and exited FirstBPO, Inc., a market research data analytics venture.
Prior to founding VentureAide in 2011, Ash worked for Honeywell Aerospace in Product Management and was Senior Director - Adjacent Markets for the Aerospace and Automotive industry.
Ash holds a Master’s in Management of Technology from The Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Engineering, where he was a Moore Fellow, and was elected student body President. Ash also holds a Bachelor’s in Electronics Engineering from University of Mumbai, India, and graduated in the top 5 percent of his class.
Shubha brings over 20 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, strategy consulting and manufacturing, across Aerospace, Defense, Telecom, Technology and Power sectors. Prior to founding VentureAide in 2011, she led mergers & acquisitions and corporate strategy initiatives for Honeywell Aerospace M&A group and Corning Telecommunications group.
Shubha’s prior experience includes successfully co-founding and exiting FirstBPO, Inc., an outsourcing venture in market research data analytics. Additionally, she held leadership roles at ACNielsen ORG-MARG and Legrand Group, where she led market research, strategy consulting, marketing, and productivity improvement engagements.
Shubha holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the Darden Graduate School at the University of Virginia, where she was an Earnest W. and Patricia Wuliger Scholar. Shubha also holds a Master’s in Marketing Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies at the University of Mumbai, India, and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering with honors from National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra, India.
Shubha is registered with FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) as a General Securities Principal and Investment Banking Representative (Series 79, 24 and 63). She also is a certified PMP (Project Management Professional) and Professional Scrum Master.
